CSM offers a variety of ways to pay your assessments in a way that’s most convenient for you.
By Mail
All payments should be mailed to the address below:

Bank’s bill pay service
Follow your bank’s instructions and enter your association as the recipient / payee. For the address, please use same address as when you send a paper check. Please use your Homeowner Account Number in the Account Number Field. If you do not have this information, please contact us for assistance.
ACH Draft
For your convenience, you can sign up for ACH draft through First Citizens Bank. You will need the following information to set it up:
Management ID: 4547
Association ID: Can be found on HOA Vine or by emailing support@csmhoa.com
Account Number: Can be found on HOA Vine or by emailing support@csmhoa.com
Pay Online
Finally, online payments via Credit Card or e-Check can be made by clicking the online payment button below. Please note that a convenience fee may apply for any online payments.
